About Bill Rivers

Bill Rivers is the Executive Director of the Joint National Committee for Languages and the National Council for Languages and International Studies. He is also a member of the America’s Language Working Group of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He holds a PhD in Russian from Bryn Mawr college and regularly travels to Kazakhstan to teach at universities.
