Mitchell Cox is a Business Operations Manager at Lucid, a Utah-based developer of visual collaboration software. Mitchell leads strategy and business operations for Lucid, including market prioritization, resource planning, cross-functional alignment and growth strategy. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys espresso, skiing and spending time outside with his wife, son and dog.


Jim Compton is a localization industry maven with over 25 years of multi-faceted experience and a reputation as an innovator and passionate problem-solver. He’s developed and implemented solutions to address the growing global content needs of an evolving market. He is currently the RWS Manager of the Technology Partnerships Program.
