Jim DuBois

Jim DuBois spent nearly two decades at Microsoft before becoming the CIO in 2013. During his tenure as CIO, Jim supported the company’s billions of customers and more than 90,000 employees across 190 countries around the world. Jim played an integral role in Microsoft’s digital transformation, including migrating 95% of the company’s on-premise IT capabilities to the cloud. In 2017, Jim published a book entitled Six-Word Lessons to Think Like a Modern-Day CIO. He advises and serves on the boards of several organizations ranging in size from Fortune 500 companies to startups.
